Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another person.
Emergencies
In a busy cardiology practice, emergencies arise that sometimes make it necessary to reschedule appointments or have appointments delayed. We are obligated to respond to cardiac emergencies that arise at Penrose Hospital, SFMC and at Memorial Hospital. We are also at the same time, responsible for the care of our patients in the office. These emergencies sometimes make it impossible to stay on schedule. Our policy is not to cancel appointments or have scheduled appointments delayed unless absolutely necessary. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding any inconvenience to you, and hope you recognize that our intent is to give you the best quality care that we can deliver.
